The fact of having to sell a home which has been owned by my family for over 70 years was not only an emotional but a very daunting task. From my first meeting with Brendan he showed enthusiasm and confidence in selling the property. I was walked through the process, current market appraisal and a marketing strategy to achieve a sale. I took all on board and it worked. Through his expertise and determination I was able to obtain a sale. The sale price was right, the the professionalism and sevice spot on.
