Brendan is a person we could trust right from the start. We believe him to be a man of high integrity. He always explained things very clearly and precisely and would always listen to and explain all things that we were unsure about. His communication was excellent and even if he was required to answer any queries well after business hours.

I have had the pleasure of working with Brendan over the last 20 years with the latest dealings selling 3 properties. Brendan exemplifies professionalism in every aspect on both sides of the real estate transaction. His depth of knowledge in the local market and his commitment to understanding his client's specific needs is exceptional. I received regular updates throughout the process as well as prompt responses to my questions and concerns. Brendan recently sold our property in Belmont. He had to navigate the process with a tenant in the property and with us not living locally. He kept us well informed at all times and made us feel at ease with the process. We were able to get a price we were happy with and he handled everything. What we appreciated the most was his honesty. We would not hesitate recommending Brendan to anyone thinking of selling.
