We have used Brendan previously to sell our home so when it came time to sell our block of land we didn’t hesitate in using his services again. Our expectations were met and the process was effortless. Thank Brendan and the Creer team 👍

We highly recommend Brendan! We have just sold our first home and Brendan made the whole experience so stress free and took the time to explain everything to us and kept us in the loop at all times. He listened to what was important to us and understood that while price was important, a long settlement was also very important to us. Our property was sold in a week with the price and settlement terms we wanted. We will definitely go through Brendan for future sales and will recommend him to our friends and family.

During a very stressful time I found Jake to be very open & honest, he communicated with me almost daily during the whole process and was very considerate of my emotional attachment to my home. Jake was very professional in his approach but also showed a lot of empathy as well. I would highly recommend Brendan and his team in particular Jake to confidently sell your home.

My wife and I recently sold a property engaging Brendan and his team as our agent. We engaged Brendan due to the positive experince we had when purchasing a property which was most certainly the same when selling. Brendans experince, communication, guidance and approach given the property was tenated, always went above and beyond. We were kept informed throughout the entire sale, after each open home, buyer feedback and offers made. If you are looking for a dedicated, professional and results driven agent Brendan and his team will deliver. My wife and I were extremely happy with the sales result and highly recommend Brendan and his team at Creer Property. Thank you Brendan !

We sold our property while living away. Brendan was helpful with providing trade details and on hand to help out when required. He had a thorough understanding of the market and quickly negotiated an excellent price for us. Great communication along the way keeping us up to date. Would definitely recommend to others.

Brendan has a good knowledge of the market and negotiates well between the seller and buyer. He listens to people and explains steps of the process, communicating each development regularly. I thought that the whole process seemed much less stressful and difficult because of the way Brendan managed it.
