Kay is a fantastic agent. As a buyer I wasn't expecting kay to be so helpful. But I was pleasantly surprised. The best thing about kay is her communication. I was able to call or message her anytime on any day, and she would chase up things constantly for me and the seller. She is experienced and knowledgeable and it was lovely dealing with her. Even after settlement I had some questions and she was still happy to help me. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
