From the first contact Mike gave me confidence in his abilities. He was knowledgeable of the area, the era my house was built and explained how it would be perceived by buyers and the positives about my house he would present. Being 60 years old the house had the original kitchen and bathroom but is very solid, large rooms and very liveable and affordable for first home buyers.
