Prompt and Efficient
The first moment I contacted Kay, I knew she was going to be the agent we were going to be dealing with. Living in NSW through these troubled times, we were relying on someone who is honest, approachable and reliable and Kay, within 12 hours of sending through an enquiry, we had an agreement in place for the purchase of my new property. Thank you so much for your professionalism, nothing was an issue and you answered every question we threw at you. It is so refreshing to have an agent that wasn't trying to play games as we had quiet a lot of negative experiences in the same week before finding you. Wouldn't use anyone else - Mike is the best
Mike sold our property at Hope Island significantly over the expected price. This was not an easy property to sell as it was a tenanted investment property with a long remaining term on the agreement. This meant finding potential buyers willing to accept the terms of the tenants. Add to this the lack of cooperation from the tenants with limited access to the access, not letting a photographer in and pulling on the tricks to prevent people from being able to inspect the house- it was a difficult exercise to say the least. Thanks to Mike & Kirsty for going above and beyond to get such a great result. They are the best.

Your in wonderful hands
I could not speak more highly of Kay. From the beginning to the end, and even beyond Kay has not been short of amazing. The Best Agent Ever
We recently decided to list our property for sale and spoke to 3 local agents. Kirsty was very straight forward in her evaluation of our property but at same time was positive that in this current market we could achieve an exceptional price without over promising. The promptness she showed in getting signs erected, photos taken ( which showed the property in best possible light) and online advertising up and running was great. The description she wrote for advertising was nothing short of brilliant and she had a total handle on the major selling points of out property. The end result was a sale within 24hrs from first open home. Cannot recommend her strongly enough.

Friendly and down to earth

Purchase of House in Redbank Plains through Crowne Real Estate.
