After searching for over a year for a home and talking to various real estate agents that were overly-pushy or that tried too hard to be my best friend, working with Geoff was far more pleasant. Both Geoff and Ally were professional, approachable and fairly direct with their responses to my questions. They always answered the phone or called back and from a buyer's perspective, I think they did an excellent job.

Geoff and Ally were professional and went above and beyond from the very beginning. Nothing was ever a problem. We feel very lucky to have found 2 agents who care about the job they do and do it exceptionally well. Their recommendations and clear communication have set us up for future property purchases also. Mike constantly hounded us with queries/issues/questions throughout the purchasing process, however when we needed to contact him, he would not answer and never got back to us. When it came to negotiations Mike was frankly, a bully and a liar. He only ever contacted the 'pushover' in our relationship in order to get things done his way. Settlement was a nightmare, which culminated in us waited over an hour for a final phone call that was promised and never came - resulting in us having to go to the agency's office ourselves. Positive side note - anytime we needed help, Nicole from Crowne Real Estate was lovely and very helpful, we are very thankful for her assistance.
