I have so many words to describe my experience with Kirsty (and Mike). And their wonderful team!!! But I’m sure the review won’t let me “rattle on”!! When I first spoke to Kirsty, I immediately knew I wanted to work with her. She was / is knowledgeable, friendly, (a huge animal lover!) thoughtful and understanding! First open house, 2 contracts, sold within 3 days! There was many tears shed, as this home holds so many wonderful memories for our family. And not once was I made to feel ridiculous or silly. They supported and communicated with us during the whole process (including with our small children). Nothing was too much! I am so great full to Kirsty, Mike, Nicole and the team. Kay was very helpful and honest with my partner and I. We inspected at least 40 other properties and dealt with a lot of different real estate agents. During our time inspecting houses we realised that a lot of the real estate agents we dealt with weren't 100% honest with us and were constantly trying to get more money out of us. When we put in a offer with Kay we were expecting the process to drag out and the bartering to start. There was a no bartering from Kay she contacted the vendor and contacted us back within 10 minutes, the following day we received the contract for the property. During the Process Kay has contacted us to see if I needed help with anything and if I was happy with how everything has gone. Kay didn't beat around the bush, was very honest with the property and helpful with any questions we had. When I buy my next house I'll definitely be contacting Kay to see what's available.

Mike and Kirsty have been selling real estate in Ipswich for a long time and have an excellent knowledge of the market in and around Ipswich. Kay was a breath of fresh air, the first time I met her at my home. Kay claimed a lot of stress, anxiety by talking to me honestly about the property. I was amazed how she was always early and prepared for the open house. Honesty about your home is a calming influence to you, as you are very unware what is happening on the market during this time of covid-19. Kay experience in following up with clients is a wonderful asset to the seller. I am very pleased that Kay came on board, and I know the house has been told to a young couple with their own visions of making my home - their home with love and lots of different ideas. To have the sound of children in the home is a rewarding factor for me.
