At the time I put my house on the market it seemed as though everybody in the area had the same idea and that this might make it more difficult to find a buyer for mine. I thought people might wonder why all this activity in one area and not even look at my place let alone make a realistic offer. But thanks to the skills, market intelligence and personal attention of Kirsty and Mike I felt that not only did they understand my concerns but they were able to make use of this movement in the market to capitalise on it and find the right buyer with an offer acceptable to me. Working with Kirsty and Mike was like being part of the family as they offered great advice and encouragement as I prepared my place for sale. In a sense it should not have been a surprise but my house was sold in two weeks almost to the timeframe Kirsty and Mike suggested. Mike and Kirsty make a great team and work well together to keep a high profile of your sale.
