At the time I put my house on the market it seemed as though everybody in the area had the same idea and that this might make it more difficult to find a buyer for mine. I thought people might wonder why all this activity in one area and not even look at my place let alone make a realistic offer. But thanks to the skills, market intelligence and personal attention of Kirsty and Mike I felt that not only did they understand my concerns but they were able to make use of this movement in the market to capitalise on it and find the right buyer with an offer acceptable to me.
