We are very appreciative of the help we received from the moment we viewed the house to the day we moved in! We appreciated the quick turn around time and approval. We as a young family appreciated being aware as to where we are at during the process. Thanks David Deane.

The staff at David Deane have been very helpful and well prepared whilst looking after my rental property. They were able to find new tenants quickly and prepare all necessary steps with minimal work for me. Communication via email and the telephone was very prompt and professional. Great work David Deane.

Rolled with the punches as we switched from selling to leasing flawlessly. Showed patience and understanding agency wide. Look forward to a long and fruitful relationship.

I started renting with David Deane just over a month ago and the whole process has been nothing but smooth sailing. I particularly love that everything is easily done online from the entry report to the inspections. I even received complimentary timtams on the day I moved in! Thanks David Deane and the staff at Strathpine. I would definitely recommend dealing with these guys in the future.

working with Paula and her team to manage two of my investment properties in North Brisbane. They are always thorough, quick with communication and honest with their feedback. The team set expectations realistically to ensure vacancy periods are as short as possible, and are always happy to facilitate with requests - i.e. helping with renovation quotes, questions about the market, updates on the local area. We are very happy to have our properties managed through DDRE.

I currently have 2 properties being managed by David Deane and am very happy with the service I receive. The staff are polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I have had problem tenants and have been shielded from the worst of the dramas. The team kept on top of them and made the transition from bad tenants, to new better tenants almost seamless. I have also had a new build carried out and the guys liaised well with the builders to ensure the handover was easy and the new build was tenanted quickly. Only slight inconvenience is that some generic emails are used for the agents as opposed to personalised ones (with the agents name), this can make it confusing when trying to work out which email address to use for correspondence. Overall I would highly recommend David Deane and will be using them for any future properties I purchase in the area.
