David Deane has been a pleasure to work with while getting my rental. The lady who showed me my current rental was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuine. My application was processed quickly, and the agent was happy to answer my ludicrous amount of questions. They also left me a lovely welcoming package (Tim Tams and a scratchy ticket) which was the sweetest little touch. And my property managers have been very responsive and friendly to correspond any concerns with. We have only just started our tenancy with David Deane but to date appear very professional . Upon moving in all keys , greetings as well as gift were there on the kitchen bench. House presents well and we are happy. The true test will be, should any maintenance issue arise , that it is dealt with a sense of urgency. As i said too early to call but they certainly have started on the right foot.
