Over the last two years I have had repeated issues with communication and correctly actioning requests. I have raised this with them multiple times and each time I am assured the issues have been fixed and for a short while it is. Unfortunately, it inevitably slips back to the same sub standard experience. As I type this, I am yet again waiting for response to issues raised over a month ago despite multiple requests for updates. I recommend just avoiding and finding someone capable of handling simple things like communication and follow through.

People didn't introduce themselves when meeting for the first time. Still not quite sure what my property manager's name is. Was told I would receive a entry condition report the day I picked up the keys. I didn't receive it. I called up to request an update on when I would be receiving this and was told to check my Junk mail as it always goes there. Could of told me this in person when I picked up the keys as only have 3 days to submit. After checking junk email it wasn't there and asked to have it sent again to another email and was told I can't do it now I need to concentrate. Called up about issue with house and was asked have I filled out entry condition and wouldn't hear my concerns until I had. After filling out the entry condition report still have not heard from anyone.
