It has been refreshing to have a rental agent that is proactive, a great communicator, follows up and understands your needs and concerns. The two rental agents we have worked with have both been great, which is quite rare in one agency. The systems they have in place are user friendly and sensible too.

We’re renting our second property managed by Doyle Spillane who are our preferred agency on the Northern Beaches. Cristiane has always provided outstanding service as our Property Manager and the sales team were courteous, professional and communicative throughout the sale of the last property that we were renting. My husband and I highly recommend Doyle Spillane.

Accountable, kind, organised staff who do care about their tenants. Just found a rental property through them and although there’s been a few hiccups (as there usually are when starting in a new place), they’ve been really great at helping us sort them. Thanks so much Georgia, Kira and all the team there.
