I've been dealing mainly with Joe Iemma and Erica Rounds and I am as happy, as a landlord could be. Every issue is addressed promptly, every landlord's wish is fulfilled. They make you feel important, no matter whether it is just a small unit or a big mansion, and they genuinely care for your property. The whole approach to getting a new tenant (something we hadn't done for a number of years) was great, Right from the start Kirra was on top of everything and steps ahead of my game (thanks Kirra) it made finding a new tenant way less stressful. A lot of work was done in providing suitable tenants and it was clear that the team (thanks Georgia and Nicole + others) had taken the time to review and discuss possible candidates. Finally we met the new tenant (which wasn't a planned exercise) and I think, from early signs, that the right family will be occupying our property for a good time to come. Our unit was in need of quite a bit of maintenance work before a new tenant could move in. Doyle Spillane was very proactive in identifying what needed to be done and in finding the appropriate tradespeople to complete the work. On completion they found a new tenant quickly. At all times they kept us very well informed of what was going on. They were most professional at all times and made the lengthy process as seamless as they could.
