I reached out to Maddie Iemma to see if they could help with sourcing contractors for bathroom, kitchen, laundry, flooring, painting and window treatments. Maddie went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations, coordinating with strata management to make sure I had all the necessary approval documents, coordinating with the contractors throughout the job and keeping me up to date with progress. She also helped coordinate with some smaller add-on tasks as the project went ahead. The main contractor Anthony Cartiere from Performance Plus was great to work with. His recommendations for sourcing materials - Highgrove Bathrooms and My Tile - were good value and spot on. He started the job as soon as approval was received, was very productive and efficient and very communicative. He made great suggestions and helped out with some sourcing changes and texted me every day or so with progress and photos. He coordinated with other contractors to keep the job on track. He was a complete pleasure to work with and did an excellent job in a short period of time. Jonathan and Maggie from FloorTech did a great job on the flooring making practical and cost effective suggestions. They had the materials and the install ready for the aggressive timeline. The painting by Avalon gave the unit a whole fresh feel and they accommodated an add-on for the balcony as well. REO Electrical worked with Anthony to fit in to the schedule and provided good clean work on ceiling fans and an upgrade to the circuit board. Morgan Pai had prospective tenants in as soon as the unit was presentable. The turnaround time from strata approval to having a new tenant was less than 2 months. All in an excellent experience from highly accomplished professionals. Maddie is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Maddie and the Doyle Spillane team.
