Angelo was amazing to work with. He explained the whole process well and was with us every step of the way, negotiating an amazing outcome for us. He was calm and reassuring and checking in with us regularly to make sure what we want is what he understood. His knowledge of the current market and trends is vast and he really knows his local area well, so trusting him to sell our place came naturally. I highly recommend Angelo as your real estate agent.

Right from the start, Matt was an enthusiastic representative for my sister and me. We met him one week and signed up for the sale. Less than one week later Matt was there again to organise removalists to empty the apartment, then cleaners the following day to thoroughly clean the apartment, then the following day for the Stylists to come in and do theur thing. the apartment was photographed and listed the very next day. Matt organised Open Houses on Saturdays and Wednesdays, and he kept us informed of progress after every one. In less than two weeks he had a buyer !!! We exchanged contracts in the week before Christmas. Matt organised the final sale while he was on holidays in Bali. Incredible !!! Matt was recommended to us by friends, and they were certainly right. What a great representative.

Matt was selected from a group of 3 agents who all viewed the property on the same day. Matt was the only agent who came fully prepared. Matt did everything he said he would throughout the entire sales process. Matt's communication is impeccable, even keeping multiple family members in the loop in our complex situation.I have sold many properties over the years and Matt of Doyle and Spillane is the only agent I'd actually go back to as repeat business. Matt knows his stuff and is realistic with how to achieve the best results for the vendor. Matt and his team achieved a great result for us in a tight time frame. Thanks Matt

Matt, right the way through the proceedings, was patient and worked with us through some tough situations and unexpected roadblock's without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm and collected mindset kept our anxieties at bay and gave us the confidence he would get the job done. Obviously, making an informed decision was the most important part in the selling of our ‘pride and joy’ home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations, was such a comfort which made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. Should we be looking to buy or sell again we would not hesitate to his Matt and his exceptional assistant Melanie. Thank you guys - it was an absolute pleasure!

Matt is a terrific agent, that takes the time to work with clients well before the sale to ensure the property presents the best possible. His attention to detail is phenomenal and he is always available day or night with no request to much. He is commercial, and an astute negotiator. I would highly recommend Matt and his team.
