First off, Kristian is an absolute asset to the team. At all the inspections he presented himself with professionalism, and was very helpful with what the rental process involved. When picking up the keys for the property, I was pleasantly surprised after being provided a goody bag full of household essentials - this must be the first agent to do this. Such a big help!
