I am impressed by the professional systems in place. I was always contacted by email with details through each process. But I ALSO received personal phone calls by the various staff members to confirm and clarify the process, and to answer any questions.
In short I 1st decided to sell my unit. SOPHIE began with outlining the process by a number of communications - great. She then handed me over to Kirra & Morgan. 2nd KIRRA walked me thought all the documents that were needed to terminate the lease - very clear and thorough. 3rd MORGAN then walked me through the process of the tenants actions and the outcomes. This was a very long process for various reasons. She was very helpful, patient and encouraging. She advised and enabled multiple things needed and contact with her was extensive - she was great - nothing was too difficult for her to do. 4th ANGELO helped me with beginning Sales procedures and was excellent. A lot was done and well done.
For legitimate reasons - we had to cancel out sales plan.
So next I directed to 5th GEORGIE. She arranged everything to advertise, manage inspections, process applications, field the best applicant and finalise new tenants. A great and flawless process.
I may have missed some names and forgotten the length of all the assistance I received.
TOO CONCLUDE.
Very impressed by the multiple layers required to cover by the lengthy process and change of directions. Impressed because not once was I misdirected, not once "forgotten". Everyone knew what to do and how to do it. Big organisations like this have many blind spots, ill informed staff, the process becoming bogged down, misdirected etc. SO if there is a best way to do things - DOYLE and SPILLANE have definitely nailed it. No reservations in my endorsement. Well DONE team.
