Our existing tenants had to leave suddenly & move interstate due to a family illness. Our agent acted quickly to minimise the potential time that the property maybe vacant. They secured multiple applications, with a hard choice to accept one. They also suggested to increase the rent & managed to organise a fresh coat of paint on the internal walls, during the three days that the property was vacant.
