first time using Doyle Spillane , worst experience. property which I rented had so many problems which were not fixed, leakages , not cleaned thoroughly, spider/ roaches infested, doors not working / loose, no blinds and the existing barely functioning in all rooms .Several problems in less than 24-48hrs to deal with .

Firstly, Georgia met me with such kindness and care. Kristian was really great at explaining things about the property/landlord and a keen ear! On the day of picking up the keys, Georgia handed them to me and was excellent at explaining the ins and outs of managing the property as a tenant and how to communicate moving forward. It's not very often you find a real estate business where it's not just about buying selling or renting a property, Doyle Spillane make sure the customer is dealt with in a professional manner leaving no stone unturned. In my case every question that I had on my mind before and after was clearly and easily explained in every email that I received leaving no worry on my behalf what so ever.
