DS has been managing my Dee Why unit since 2012. They do a wonderful job. I have had to do very little over the past 10 years.

From the initial call and meeting with Joe to the day to day listing dealings with Monika and the many many questions I had, I always felt supported by the team. The team understand the market and given they are Northern Beaches local, they are across all the ins and outs of the current trends and can advise what tenants are seeking and how to get the best of your property. I’m very happy to partner with the Doyle Spillane team and I know my property is in safe hands!

From the moment we meet the team in the open house to receiving approval and the keys, it was fast efficient, professional and very simple. Everything they mentioned that would happen, happened flow. The team at Doyle & Spillane are helpful, kind and cheerful. I would also like to add the photos in the leasing advertisement matchup with the true real condition & representation of the property which isn’t always the case. I believe that is so important to the reviewers.
