My tenants moved out of my unit at very short notice recently. This was because of the massive construction work going on just next door to my unit block. Despite the noise, dust and dirt it was rented out at the first open day. What an amazing achievement. All thanks to Emma Coleman and her dedicated leasing team. I would also like to make a special mention to my property manager Christiane Luft. She is extremely helpful, competent and responsive - always available to answer my questions and queries.
