Doyle Spillane has been a pleasure to deal and I would 100% refer them to anyone looking for a Property Management team. Monika and Lauren have been instrumental in ensure that our property was tenanted quickly and with a suitable tenant that meet our specific needs. They led a strong campaign that meant that we had one tenant move out on the 5th June and the new tenant move in on the 6th June. Amazing effort and result!

We are Doyle and Spillane clients since 2003, they managed several properties and they never miss a beat. The service got better with the years , great reporting, inspections, tenants management and leasing activities. We had few account managers during the years but they must have a great selection process because we didn’t feel any difference as a landlord. Without fault I strongly recommend D&S as property manager
