Angelo was fantastic to work with, he managed to turn a very stressful and emotional time into a smooth transaction, understood our needs and acted very swiftly and achieved an amazing result in such a short space of time. Appreciated his constant communication throughout the sales process and his experience of the local market was evident. Thanks again for going above and beyond.

I was very impressed with Stephen's sale of my Dee Why apartment. He was very proactive and responsive throughout the campaign. He had a good market knowledge and he went the extra mile to ensure that the sale went through seamlessly. I was very happy with the sale price too! I would definitely recommend Stephen.

We are in lockdown have 3 kids and a dog. From the moment we signed with Matt he mobilised a team of professionals to help us get the best price for our property. He recommended Conveyancers, a Building Inspector, the amazing Mary Poppins, (aka Vanessa from Styleness), magically styled the house - we didn't recognise the place! Matt even helped me clean the bench down for the first open house, that level of service I was not expecting! All humour aside, Matt sold our home within a week and we are extremely satisfied with the price he negotiated on our behalf. I would recommend him and his team without reservation and would definitely use him again. PS: Vanessa recommend Clear as a Bell - window cleaning, excellent work, great price!

The team at Doyle & Spillane are absolutely amazing. I used them to rent my house for an extended period and they got me the rent price that I wanted. I then used them to sell my house and they smashed even the high water mark they set for the place. Their communication style is direct, honest and no BS... I would have no problem recommending them to anyone wanting a property agent/realtor to manage/sell their property!
