Matt, right the way through the proceedings, was patient and worked with us through some tough situations and unexpected roadblock's without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm and collected mindset kept our anxieties at bay and gave us the confidence he would get the job done. Obviously, making an informed decision was the most important part in the selling of our ‘pride and joy’ home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations, was such a comfort which made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. Should we be looking to buy or sell again we would not hesitate to his Matt and his exceptional assistant Melanie. Thank you guys - it was an absolute pleasure!
