Steve did an absolutely amazing job
Having had help a lot of great advice and support from Steve over the years I knew if we needed to sell he would be someone I would get in touch with straight away. Steve did an absolutely amazing job. He had contacts that helped get things done quickly and cost effectively in a professional and friendly way with a great outcome to prepare our home. His advice was honest and professional. He had a great passion, energy and focus on what our needs were and delivered the best possible outcome!

Awesome Agent
What can I say, Steve was realistic and spot on with his price estimation and marketing proposal. Everything he stated was delivered, he is a great communicator and negotiator to get the price we wanted and the market was paying, not over inflating price guides like other agents. He left no stone unturned before, during and after each open, keeping us well informed of every action happening with the sale. A great professional bloke that delivered a great result.

Stephen Murace is just such an agent
Selling your home and moving on can be horrendous but if you have an agent who is like a friend at your elbow to support and encourage you along the way it can be a whole different experience. Stephen Murace is just such an agent. He is a good listener who will accommodate your needs into the selling process, relieving you of some of the stress. I didn't need to make any calls to him because he would be on the phone to me with updates and feedback. A dream agent.
