Stephen was an amazing help in finding our dream property. From the moment we met him we knew the information he was providing and his knowledge of the current market was up to date and honest. He happily accommodated our needs including a few after hours viewings which was very much appreciated. Thanks again Steve we couldn't be happier to have had you on this journey.

Recently we were faced with the decision to place my mother into aged care, resulting in the sale of her apartment. Whilst this decision was difficult, Stephen & the team at Doyle Spillane made this process seamless. They demonstrated sensitivity, care, warmth & empathy and displayed professionalism at all touch points. We could not have wished for a better result in the sale, as this was completed within a short period of time. Thank you to Stephen, Mel & the team for a wonderful experience.

I have bought a property and sold a property through Steve and have been very happy with his work ethic and professionalism. He kept me updated at all times, he was very detailed in his communications and worked his magic to get the sale! Thanks for all your hard work Steve!

Working with Matt was brilliant in every way. He was so supportive on every level. From finding us the best tradies to update our home, to his honest, open and direct style when it came to how the sale would proceed. We were delighted every step of the way, and are thrilled with the results that exceeded expectations. I have bought and sold many properties over the years, but I’ve never met anyone like Matt. He went over and above for us and we will always be grateful to him. Thanks Matt!

We reside out of Sydney so we were a bit concerned about selling without being there in a difficult market. Any fears we had were quickly allayed in the first conversation with Angelo. His knowledge, professionalism and honesty put us at ease straight away. Our property sold after just one open for an amazing price. I doubt we would have gotten this result without Angelo handling the sale.

Stephen's high level of professionalism, understanding of the market, politeness, patience and persistence made him a complete pleasure to work with in selling our family home. This, combined with the support of the broader Doyle Spillane team, resulted in an outcome we were very satisfied with. I highly recommend choosing Stephen for your sale.

Angelo was fantastic to work with in the sale of my property. I've had the property managed by Doyle Spillane since December 2011. They've always done an awesome management job, so I didn't hesitate to choose Doyle Spillane for the sale. From the moment I spoke to Angelo I was impressed by his local knowledge, strategic thinking, honesty and hunger to do a great job. Throughout the whole process I was kept fully informed and Angelo achieved a great result in a falling market. Thank you!!
