I just wanted to say “Thank You” Steven for being so helpful and easy to deal with. My buyers agent said you were straight up with them which made the whole process so much faster! I love my little unit and the fact you are so approachable and easy to contact. You always answered your phone or got back to me quickly. Excellent customer service which is rare to find these days. Many thanks!!

He remained positive the whole way through to get a great result. Angelo took care of everything and the whole process was smooth and seamless. I appreciated how quick he was to respond to my messages and available after hours to give updates and answer any questions I had. He also kept my tenants in the loop. Would highly recommend Angelo and his team to sell your property! Thanks again Angelo! Brianna

They helped me find contractors to facilitate the repairs that made the unit more attractive to potential buyers. They provided sound advice on all manner of relevant matters. They did a fine job and always acted in a professional manner. I am recommending them to any potential property seller

Doyle & Spillane did both the Rental & the Sale of our Studio. They wasted no time in marketing it as soon as we asked them, and went above & beyond to make sure it all went smoothly and also helped in any situation that might have arisen. We found them very knowledgeable in the current market, and very good communicators. Angelo is a very friendly, efficient & experienced young man, in all forms of Rentals & Sales and a lot more. He is proactive and energetic in everything he does. It’s very obvious he loves his job! He will not stop until he resolves a problem, and then puts you at ease and was constantly informing us daily, of what was going on. His colleague “Zac” we found just as helpful and as friendly as Angelo. They both went beyond their job to rectify a situation when it occurred. Thank you, Angelo & Zac for all your help in selling our Studio. They are all a wonderful Team down there and all work to help each other. Rare these days. We can highly recommend Doyle & Spillane if you are thinking of Renting or selling your property.
