We purchased our unit from Matt in 2013 and had such a positive experience that we knew he was the agent we wanted to engage to sell that same unit in 2020. We contacted Matt who was all hands on deck immediately. Within 24 hours he had arranged with our tenants to access the unit, had gone personally to refamiliarise himself with the property and came back to us with his advice on how to present the property to achieve the best possible outcome. Due to a range of conflicting circumstances we had to put the property on the market on the 16th December 2020. It was not great timing, however Matt was honest and upfront about all aspects of the sale. As well as being so close to Christmas, Matt was thrown some additional challenges. First there was a police raid on our neighbour in the middle of our second open house viewing and the very next day the Northern Beaches went into lockdown and all open houses had to be cancelled. Despite these challenges Matt was always positive and he was proactive and creative in the way he overcame these challenges. He negotiated a sales price we were very happy with, as well as a shorter settlement period (due to paying mortgage and rent simultaneously) and we sold our unit exactly 1 week after it went to market. Matt and his sales associate Melanie worked around the clock to ensure contracts were signed and exchanged 3 days before Christmas. We could not be happier and we can now breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy the Christmas period stress-free. Matt immediately puts you at ease with his positive and genuine demeanor. His advice was always sound and relevant to what we were trying to achieve as a family and he kept us in the loop every step of the process. We could not recommend him highly enough.

We can not recommend Matt highly enough. The moment he walked into our property we knew he was the agent we wanted to trust to sell our unit. What made Matt stand out to us was his unique ability to demonstrate his knowledge on the area and expertise with selling without being over the top and cocky. Matt is incredibly honest and down to earth which is a rare attribute for an agent. We remember Matt from our buying days in 2014 where we experienced this honesty and fantastic communication skills. Now having Matt sell our unit to which we experienced exactly the same type of service, which is so important to know how your agent is with your potential buyers! His funny whilst professional and has a great way of making you relax and not get to stressed out. Matt totally took control of the whole process so we could relax, he was able to answer all our questions through out, predicted our sale price and delivered the results (even better than expected in a tough COVID climate) and did all of this in the most professional manner. He was there for any issues that arose. We just can’t recommend him highly enough! Don’t waste your time with anyone else.
