I decided to ask Matt to sell my house after he did such a good job selling my mother's house earlier this year. Matt has a fantastic personality and I felt very comfortable that I was in the best of hands. Matt wasn't phased by any of my multitude of questions and took it in good humour when removalists turned up at the same time as the photographer. I always felt like I was informed about the progress of the campaign and that nothing was a problem. What started out as an auction turned into a 1 week campaign when, thanks to Matt, I was offered what I was hoping to get for the house.
