Zen was an amazing person to buy a property through. I was at work and was very unsure of the process as it was very daunting the prospect of being a first time home buyer. But Zen was incredibly helpful and patient and worked so hard to help me achieve my goal. She actually made the process fun and interesting and put absolutely no pressure on me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with . Robin Hood, Tumby Bay was recommended to me by a friend and there team of knowledgeable, professional and most importantly friendly team are amazing. From the first time I walked into the office I was treated with such respect. The friendly informative way they explained everything, to showing potential buyers, to the actual sales is amazing. Selling can be so stressful, but not with the Robin Hood team, you can call, pop into office at anytime, they are always willing to stop and have a chat. Melanie was very easy to deal with and approachable. We contacted six sales agents to get an apprasial, and out of six calls, Melanie was the only one that answered straight away and acted promptly. Amanda’s unbelievable enthusiasm every time we spoke, always made our dream of a quick sale sound possible. Then It Happened! The House was in the paper on a Thursday and sold the following Saturday. Yes 3 days! Amanda’s got something, what a professional, even from her sick bed in an Adelaide hospital, Amanda managed emails and calls to us, her colleagues and business folk. Amanda is without a doubt passionate about real estate. She was always bright, bubbly, a contagious energy, not once did we have to chase her for information, nothing about the process with her was procrastinated, quite the opposite Amanda provided all that was needed to get the house on the market, in record time. Amanda is fair and consistent, her approach and keen eye are all about highlighting features that existed in the home no costly alterations were suggested to make buyers visit the house, her unique approach when first visiting the home gave her the feed back she required to see the home as it was, not just from her own perspective. A clever approach confirming her excitement and how to present the home to showcase it to the range of buyers looking for such a home. Amanda is above and beyond any sales person when it comes to people skills, and real estate.

We first met Amanda during her talk with senior primary students about small business and entrepreneurship.
