We had Amanda manage our investment property for over 10 years. In all that time there was never for one moment that we were not happy with how Amanda went about conducting her business. Amanda knew what we were looking for in the way of what we considered as 'an ideal tenant' and always delivered. In saying this it was always in consultation with us so we could make the final decision and if we had any doubts Amanda would put her professional opinion forward to us in the decision making process. Her professionalism and above all communication throughout that time, was to say the very least, exceptional. We always new what was going on and what needed to be done in the way of maintenance and upkeep of the property or any issues the tenant may have had. If any issues did arise, that communication was there at the forefront again. No issue was to big or to small for Amanda to deal with. When it came time and we decided to sell our investment property we knew that we were in good hands with Amanda. Though we were selling, Amanda was great with the communication between us and the tenant. Making sure our open inspections were at optimum times to maximize the number of potential buyers in the market to come through but also being fair to the tenant with plenty of advanced notice to be able to have the property in good order. Amanda got our asking price for us and we were extremely happy. If we were to do it all again some day i would have no hesitation in employing Amanda's services again and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Without COMMUNICATION you do not have PROFESSIONALISM. Amanda has both and for us this is what makes her stand head and shoulders above other real estate agents. Thank you Amanda

Amanda did an amazing job selling my home ,she always kept me well informed of what she was doing and what was happening in the marketplace,her jugdement of the marketplace was spot on at the time of selling things were extremely quite so i appreciate the time and effort Amanda, Michael and teamdid for me toget a sale of which i was happy with ,Wouldn't hesitate to use her again
