When I seek someone to represent me on selling, I search for the top performer in my area. I am lucky enough that Jeseph is such an active and responsive person. We get to talk, and I always knew he is the right man. I asked him a few questions such as how avoid underselling my property, when auction works well and why at time offer is accepted prior to auction, etc. His answer reflects his high level of capabilities. Selling a property depends on a lot of factors, some are controllable, and some aren't as controllable, but knowing that I have the best man possible for the job, give me comfort, I never have to second guessing myself if the result we expect doesn't occur.
