Norman was the most honest agent we ever dealt with. After being on this real estate rollercoaster for far too long, it was refreshing talking to him. He went the extra mile for us to ensure we had all the right information about the house (he even drove his car down the seemingly narrow driveway, took photos and sent them to us for reassurance). He also never made us feel insignificant during this process. Agents should take a leaf out of his book as he is truly one in a million.
