This was my first property sale and from day one Joseph guided me through the process and took the time to make sure I was well informed on every decision I made. Namir from Adrian William was the lead Real Estate Agent who sold my home in Petersham. As a client I had high expectations regarding price and attention to detail and I imagine I was not easy to manage at different times through the process. Namir was very patient and a true gentleman in the way he fostered his relationship with me and the potential buyers. Namir was transparent throughout and I felt he was someone I could trust. Namir is also very knowledgeable of the Petersham area - he knows every street! In a softening market with the buyer pool thinning, the result was a very successful sale at auction at the above market price I was targeting. An outcome I was very happy with. As far as selling a house goes, the experience was a good one with limited stress (for me at least).
