It was his gentle, repeated offers of assistance, and apparent sensitivity to my emotional state following the passing of my last surviving parent, that swayed me to choose this agent over the other one on my shortlist. Although initially misjudging Adrian’s quiet, understated presence, it proved to be a calming comfort and I quickly learned to trust his expertise and guidance. What a gift they turned out to be! I engaged Norman Tran to negotiate the sale of my property and he delivered the result I needed in this particularly challenging current market. He acted with integrity and honesty through the process and found a buyer within a couple of weeks and negotiated a price I was happy with. He made himself available to speak personally with me at any time throughout the process. There was never going to be any records set in this current climate of uncertainty but he worked hard and it paid off. He knew the area very, very well and was up to speed with the expectations of buyers. He's trustworthy and empathic to the emotional ride that the process entails and is a decent fella.
