He took care of the marketing, styling, buyer calls, everything really, and we weren’t constantly bothered with small updates. He just handled it. Then one day he came back to us with three strong offers, all above what we were hoping for. We ended up selling before auction for a great price and he even set a record in the building. We were genuinely shocked in the best way. What I liked most is that he isn’t loud or pushy. He just works quietly and gets results. Also shoutout to Terri. The two of them work so well together and you can tell they genuinely care. We would absolutely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Rihann helped my father sell his townhouse in Ashfield, since the beginning Rihann was proactive and diligent from staging and getting it ready for auction to completion.
