But it was the work that Jospeh and the team did leading up to our auction that really impressed us. The day before we were faced with an urgent matter that could've potentially majorly affected the sale. However, Joseph was able to professionally deal with the urgent situation that allowed us to stick to the original plan to go to auction. The auctions results far exceeded any of our expectations and I think part of that was due to the relationships Joseph had built with potential buyers.

I don't go into decisions without extensive research and selling my property in Petersham was no different. I met with three other agents before engaging William. I just had a really good gut instinct that he wasn't going to let me down. He didn't meet my expectations, he far exceeded them! The sales price was over $100,000 what the other agents said they could achieve. This was due to William really getting to know the bidders and working the floor during the auction to get the maximum price. He had a job to do and that he did! I really can't thank him enough.. watch this space Adrian William Real Estate is going to be the biggest agency in the inner west.

William is friendly, approachable and was very helpful throughout the inspection and auction process. I found his approach worked well in that he was a little more hands off, always available to answer questions but not pushy like some other agents. He gave me time and space to look at the property myself then went through things in more details once I’d had a chance to form my initial opinion. As a first time buyer, I also appreciated his open and honest advice about the process of buying and the current market. William took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the process and had the information I needed.

When it comes to buying your first house it's hard to know what to do and who to believe. As far as we were concerned we just wanted to deal with a fair agent who was honest about what was happening. Considering that this house wasn't going to make it to auction we had to rely on what Will and his team were saying, and we're glad that we did. He was always responsive which was great because we had a lot of questions and uncertainties. 4/5 - would buy house from again.
