Joseph was great to deal with in the process of finding our property. In both the cases where we were unsuccessful and the case that we were; he was open with his knowledge and genuine in his feedback. He facilitated all queries and if he didnt know the answer; he would seek it from the owner or strata. Not once through the experience did we feel pressured or placed into an uncomfortable situation or decision.
