It is a fairly rare thing to find someone who will go out of their way for you - Jason, for me, was that person. Although I was the purchaser of a home and Jason of course was working on behalf of the Vendor his disappointment at the state of the property matched mine on settlement day. Jason personally came back on the weekend and whipper snipped the yards, he also arranged for a cleaner to come in and although I declined a whole house clean, they did clean the kitchen until is shined. Derek was very professional. We were comfortable to leave him, without interference, to let him sell our house in the way he felt was best. There were constant updates on the progress, which was brilliant as we were abroad during the sale. He achieved a sale price beyond our expectations and all within a week of going to market. The idea of selling our house was very daunting at the initial stage, but after our first meeting with Michelle we knew we were in good hands with an agent who had our best interests at heart. Michelle gave us a very realistic view on what our house was worth- no pie in the sky numbers like some we had received in the past. The advice we received from Michelle was fantastic, right through to the best way to present our house for openings (this can be a little scary). Michelle walked us through the results from the marketing campaign and briefed us after every opening, so we really felt included and in control of the situation. In the end Michelle got us a fantastic result and in less than 2 weeks! we could not believe it. I cannot recommend Michelle enough, it is very rare these days to have someone so genuine to guide you through what can be a nerve racking and emotional at times experience.
