Being first time home buyers we didn't really have much knowledge about how everything happens. Ben made the transition easy and was happy to explain everything to us. It was a very smooth transaction for our first time.

Ben displayed to us not only his knowledge on the local real estate market but also expressed the realistic outcomes so we were not lead to believe things were painted in gloss. The service was also over and above what we expected, after hours paper work due to our working commitments and regular updates on the Open House results. Knowing the Mackay Real Estate Market is vital to both the seller and buyer and having a real estate representative that is also very compassionate to both these needs is refreshing. Both Ben and the staff at Explore Property were very professional through all our dealings.

Thank you Ben for selling our home - We are glad you were able to move it so quickly after having it with another Agency for over a year. We really appreciated your hard work and wish you the best in the future.

We found Ben was able to sell our property in a relatively short period of time and at a realistic price considering the tough market conditions. Ben always acted professionally, knowledgeably and courteously. He kept us up to date with inspection feedback and what was happening in the market. Overall we were very satisfied with Ben and his team and we would not hesitate in recommending Ben as a real estate agent to anyone wanting to buy or sell property within the Mackay region.

We were on a very tight schedule to get our house sold in a very tough market. Ben and his teams commitment to our sale was awesome and we were very pleased with the results. Would not hesitate to recommend him and explore property to anyone.

Ben sold our 20 acre property, in Habana, during a difficult economic period in the Mackay region. With the mining industry downturn being a major concern, we were extremely happy to be able to sell our lifestyle block in a short period of time and achieve an acceptable sale price. Ben also assisted us in purchasing a lovely property in our preferred location that fulfilled all our needs. Ben's knowledge of the local market was spot on, he always kept us in the loop and the negotiation process was quick and painless. We are very happy with Ben's service and would recommend him to any potential sellers or buyers.

This was our third time we have used Ben as our agent when we have gone to sell our home. If we want the job done we know just to call Ben in. We have come to appreciate his professionalism, honesty, knowledge of the market, communication and the confidence that, regardless of the market, he will do his best to get you the highest dollar for your property - often exceeding our expectations. I am not sure I would have that sort of trust in another agent, but very glad we have Ben on our team when it comes to selling our home! Won't be the last time we will engage his services. If we think real estate, we think Ben Chick.

I would highly recommend Nic and the Explore Property Mackay team. We will be using their services again for any real estate prospects we may have in the future. Nic was reliable, genuine, easy to talk with and bottom line, she got the job done.
