We recently had the pleasure of working with Fall Real Estate, and I cannot recommend them highly enough from the very beginning. Elyse was an absolute pleasure to work with! From start to finish, she was a fantastic communicator, keeping us informed every step of the way. She’s an open book and always honest, which made us feel completely confident in every decision. Elyse’s easygoing and approachable nature made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable. Her positive energy and professionalism set her apart, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Prue was excellent to deal with, from start to finish. The service and appraisal provided were great, and made the whole process for us very easy. The rental estimate provided was exactly what was achieved, and any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. We had a seamless experience, and I will use Fall again, and would recommend them to anyone else.

I had the pleasure of being a tenant with Fall Real Estate during my time in Tasmania, and I can confidently say they made the rental experience an absolute breeze! From the very beginning, communication was smooth and consistent. Whether it was responding to queries or addressing any concerns, the team was always prompt, professional, and approachable. One thing that stood out was their incredible efficiency with repairs. Any maintenance issues that arose were addressed within days—sometimes even sooner! It was such a relief to know that they genuinely cared about ensuring the property was in great condition and comfortable for us to live in. Beyond their professionalism, the team at Fall was always understanding and empathetic. Life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges your way, and they were consistently kind and accommodating, which made a huge difference. They truly valued us as tenants, and that personal touch was something I’ll always remember. I couldn’t have asked for a better agency to rent through. I highly recommend Fall Real Estate to anyone looking for a seamless and positive rental experience in Tasmania.

I’m new to the Australian rental market and this was the only agency who took the time to explain the rental hunt and processes to me. Once I found a rental with Fall Real Estate, they were very efficient in getting me in to the property quickly and very quick to respond to maintenance requests. Two thumbs up!
