We rented a property from Fall, after a long three months or searching and disappointment. Fall agents were by far the most informed and offered the most accurate information about the market situation. The prompt professional informed and courteous service was by far on another level than most of the completion. We did meet some excellent competitor agents who provided accurate and realistic market information. But the majority were going thru the motions and provided information that was misleading and wasted time.
