We had been looking since June and hadn’t found a suitable property. We met Kim Gould at one of these and she was extremely helpful. Kim kept us informed about available properties and we finally found a suitable home. Kim was fabulous in communicating with us and recognised that we were quality tenants when referring us to the Owner. Kaylie Bowman was also extremely helpful with the administration details also. It has been the best experience I have had with a real estate agent in my many years of renting. This includes in Sydney and Hobart. I can’t thank Kim enough and we look forward to meeting our property managers for our new house.
