We appreciated the efficient service provided by Fall Real Estate, which enabled us to view a property and sign a lease agreement the very next day. This was crucial for us as we had only a five day visit in Hobart to find and arrange suitable rental accommodation. Fall Real Estate also helped us heaps by taking care of a delivery of home appliances in our absence.

Mel and Taylor both currently manage my investment property. Combined their communication and organisational skills are wonderful. They both have an investor mindset which makes it easy to navigate through any situations that may arise. My experience so far is nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend them both with their patience, experience and fantastic communication skills.

It is our great privilege that we met the fall team and with in 2 weeks we weable to move to our current rental house. They communicate with us in ease and present our needs to the owner before moving in and made sure the house was well set for us to move in. Their app make all the communication with the agency very easy . I am very happy to recommend my team to every one.
