It is very easy to work with Naomi. She has a solid understanding of the market and good communication skills so we can always get the updates on the inspections, the applications and the marketing conditions from them which helped us to make decisions. She also takes responsibility regarding the selection of potential tenants, always provided us as much as information as she can which saved our time and made the process be efficient. Happy to work with her as well as the team.

We had been looking since June and hadn’t found a suitable property. We met Kim Gould at one of these and she was extremely helpful. Kim kept us informed about available properties and we finally found a suitable home. Kim was fabulous in communicating with us and recognised that we were quality tenants when referring us to the Owner. Kaylie Bowman was also extremely helpful with the administration details also. It has been the best experience I have had with a real estate agent in my many years of renting. This includes in Sydney and Hobart. I can’t thank Kim enough and we look forward to meeting our property managers for our new house.

As new tenants from interstate we found the advice and guidance provided by Naomi from Fall was professional, attentive and caring. Her responses were prompt and nothing seemed too much or too difficult. We would recommend Naomi to any tenants looking for rental accommodation through Fall Real Estate.

It was a really great service from the first meeting and still is! Mel and Alex are great, they communicate and get back to as soon as possible, they’re also very welcoming people. I’m a first home renter and I couldn’t be happier with the realestate/agents I got :))
