I am very happy with the service from Fall Real Estate. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly. The staff are accomodating to make property inspections when I am in Hobart. My only concern is that the property management has changed to a number of team members over the past 5 years, from senior to junior staff. That said, I am kept informed of changes and the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you.

With my lease ending and being stuck in Hospital, I urgently needed somewhere to live without stairs. Fall Howrah had a property that suited my needs perfectly but how to organise the lease, pay the rent and generally get sorted. Enter Molly; I messed the lease signing, Lilly sorted it. I messed up the rent payment, with huge patience Lilly sorted it. Stuck in Hospital for 12 weeks without the help and kindness of Lilly and Fall, I would have let Hospital Homeless.
