They do regular inspections and provide photos . As I live in Melbourne I rely on their honest observations about my property. Last financial year I had to make two insurance claims for water damage, the Team at Fall were the contact point for the insurers, the contractors they engaged and myself. It was finally all sorted and it must have tested the patience of the Team at Fall, I was very appreciative .
