Nothing was ever a problem!
Bec and Tania were fabulous from day 1. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always contactable and responsive. We can highly recommend Bec and Tania to you.

A great supportive team
I've been working with Falls since the beginning of this year. Initially to find tenants for our property in Opossum Bay and then to manage the property. Throughout the process the team have been supportive to assist with finding the right family to let the property to, and then managing a number of maintenance issues that arose after the tenants moved in. Living interstate it's important to us that we have a team we can rely on to look after our investment. They have been quick to respond to issues and communicate with us as Landlords and with the Tenants. They have a team of trades they call on, who have also been efficient and available to talk to if needed. I would highly recommend Tania and Bec (who I've been working with) to support anyone looking for property managers who are 'there for you' when you need them. Thanks Falls!

The very best. Landlords and tenants, just forget the rest.
Tania French and Bec Clarke are genuinely superb people. My property is being looked after brilliantly by them both. Being a new build it was very important to keep on top of the maintenance reports, which they have done perfectly. I am happy to know that my tenants are being looked after by their trusted diligence. In my third year with Fall all is very good for me, my tenants, and with Hobarts reputation for quality rental management. They are most certainly the best. Thank you.

The A Team
Tania and Bec from Fall Real estate have managed two of my properties for over two years now, and i could not recommend this duo enough. Their communication is excellent and no task is too big or small. Its clear the team have always made it their priority to achieve the best results for myself. Living interstate, it is hard form myself to coordinate renovations or property maintenance. Tania and Bec are all over it, and have recently overseen a small renovation that almost doubled my rental return. I have full trust in the team. Thank you Tania and Bec.

A Breath of Fresh Air
Off to a great start with our new rental agents - Fall Real Estate. Friendly, helpful and proactive they helped get little things sorted quickly to find a quality tenant in a short period of time. Great Agency
Thanks to Kelly and team, especially my two lovely property managers Ariel and Molly, my property at West Hobart is well maintained and is generating $500+rental income per week.
