Ingoing inspection have to be done in 7 days which was impossible for me. I was working on site and didn't have a possibility of taking photos. That's little bit annoying that I can't add photos to report after that. There are some issues that I have found after I came back home.

We have had our home leased with Peak since 2017 and generally they have been good to deal with. Our agent was Patricia Chong. Unfortunately, she no longer works with the company, however, both my husband and I had a very good working relationship with her. Our last tenant moved out on the 26th August and the new tenants moved in on the 2nd Sept. To date we had not received any further information nor been advised of the final inspection details of the last tenant and we would have liked to have been aware of the condition our home was left in, before the home was handed to the new tenants. We were still waiting to hear a week later. Once the agents were aware of our disappointment, they promptly called me to apologise and advised that due to the departure of our Property Manager, and the exit of the old and entry of the new tenant, there was some confusion from their end with lack of communication from which they were quite willing to rectify. We have now gained back some of the faith we had in Peak and hope all progresses smoothly from here on.
