Peak cental team made decent efforts to lease the property. Overall, good number of open homes conducted, and agent maintained regular communication. However, despite the efforts it took little bit long to find out a tenant with reasonable profile. I think there is scope of improvement around providing advice in selecting the tenants. Also, new tenants have raised few issues which I would expect to be raised during closure report.

The Peak central team are amazing . Such a pleasant atmosphere and attentive to unforeseen issues in our rental. Maintenance issues were fixed within 2 weeks of moving in, communication with Simone has been a breeze and she has been amazing with keeping us updated.

I found my experience with Peak Central to be a really good one. I’ve had nothing but friendly, positive interactions every time I’ve been in contact with anyone at Peak Central. They’ve been so easy to contact and communicate really well. I couldn’t be happier this being my first time going through a real estate company! Highly recommend.

Even though Peak performed a house inspection every 3 months (paid by the landlord) they did not enforce the tenant to up keep the property, so it became evident that the house was in really bad state only when the tenants vacate the property. Not only they did not outline most of the issues, but Also I had to inspect the property a few time and highlight the issues. I do not recommend Peak.
